Our team of social workers, staffing coordinators, human resource specialists, and educators are all working together to bring you a positive experience. We understand that deciding to have us in your home was a big decision. The social workers at Retreat at Home always begin with a thorough evaluation of you and your situation. We want to know what YOU need and want from us. We then match the best caregiver for your situation. As a company we are committed to the education and training of our caregivers. Annually, each employee participates in a training curriculum that includes skill building in the areas of hospice, dementia, physical and emotional care, and communication techniques.
